LET THE SUMMER OF CHI BEGIN

 The Chi Crew is excited to welcome you to a second season of Chi in the Park!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

LOCATION
All park classes will take place in Jimmie Simpson Park towards the back of the park, enter from Booth Ave. near Colgate Ave.  There will be a sign to showcase our class location.

BYOE
Please bring your own mat and everything you need to for a great experience. We recommend water, towel, hat, sunscreen. 

NO WALK-INS 
Class must be paid for and booked prior to arrival. No walk-ins please. 
There will be a maximum of 9 participants plus the instructor, so make sure to book in advance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
12 hours advanced notice, failure to honour this policy will result in losing the drop-in class pass of $20.

WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather Chi in the Park will be cancelled and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. We will issue an email notice an hour prior to class start time. No refunds.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Sweat Flow - Come ready to move in this sweaty vinyasa flow with creative sequencing and focus on alignment. Emphasis on breath with movement to help release tension and stress. A great option for those who like to move at a quicker pace. Options and modifications are provided.

Pilates - Find mindful movement to improve your core strength, stability and coordination. This class is great to help with injury prevention and strength building. The perfect side-kick to your regular movement routine.

Slay + Stretch - Sweat it out then wring it out with this yang & yin class that will leave you feeling energized & rejuvenated. This 30-30 combo gives you a heat building vinyasa flow followed by a chilled out deep stretching yin sequence. The best of both worlds.

Slow Flow - Take it at a slower pace in this vinyasa flow with longer strength building holds. Tap out the daily hustle and tune into a little self-care with movement and music to soothe the soul.

Kids Yoga!

Appleseed Yoga is teaming up with Chi to give you side-by-side park classes every Saturday in July! Send the kids to Appleseed and get your own zen on at Chi’s Sweat Flow class.
