the fine print
Auto-renew unlimited monthly membership requires a 3-month commitment with an auto-renew of $250+hst for subsequent months. The unlimited monthly pass can be cancelled by giving 2 weeks notice in writing by email to membership@chijunky.com before the next billing cycle. Failure to fulfill the minimum 3 month commitment will result in a $100+hst penalty for early cancellation.
Passes can be placed on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks over the course of 12 months from the date the pass is activated. Holds can only happen after the first 3 months have passed.
Valid Credit card information must be kept on file. A $50 fee will apply for lapsed payment.
Cancellation policy: If you do not show up for a class or do not cancel within the 12 hour cancellation window, you will be charged a $15+hst late fee. No exceptions. 3 unpaid late cancels result in freezing account until paid.
