Teaching Style: An eclectic mix of modalities stirred into practical pilates. A focus on cueing and a wee bit of humour.
Favourite Pose or Exercise: My body loves Mermaid with Rotation on the reformer, my spirit loves a Flying Roundhouse Kick, and my mind loves a Good Walk!
